Podcast listeners, thank you so much for checking out today's show. This is episode 11 of the Squat

0:18.9

University podcast. The goal with each and ever one of these

0:21.7

shows is to bring you as much value-packed content to help you move better in the gym and in life,

decrease your body's aches and pains, and help you reach your true athletic potential.

1:26.1

class will be Anatomy 101, the Glute Medias.

1:31.3

Now, let's quickly go over anatomy of your lateral hip to help you better understand the muscles that you can find there.

1:38.9

1:53.0

Now your glute medias is just one of three glute or butt muscles. There's also the glute minimus. It's basically a little bit of a smaller

2:02.2

muscle that fits right behind the glute medias and runs from the side of your pelvis all the way
