This week on the Brute Strength Podcast, I’m speaking with two multiple time Olympians in the sport of Weightlifting, Chad Vaughn and Cheryl Haworth. In this episode we’ll be diving into their early careers as weightlifters, what it was like qualifying for the Olympics, and finally looking at some of the really unique visualization techniques that Chad uses with his athletes.
