American corporatism has really encouraged kind of this spreadsheet thinking.

It's encouraged a lot of, you know, roles, people are, people are cogs, their, you know, roles that we need to execute against.

And it all, quite frankly, gets a little sociopathic, and then that we need to execute against.

And then you see sociopathic activities on behalf of corporations.

And you're like, oh, how did that happen?

Well, it's because you are dehumanizing.

It's because you've forgotten why you exist in the first place.

And I think that or why you should exist in the first place, in my opinion. So, you know, I think it's just like how externally you want to make sure that your product

is solving, is addressing society, it's solving a legitimate human problem, it's doing in a way

that's authentic.

You need to have that same lens internally facing

with your company, which is the fact that it's a bunch of humans at the end of the day. Outside of

the company, you're selling to a bunch of humans. Inside of the company, you're working with a bunch of

humans. And so you need to become an expert on humans. It's like, it's kind of that straightforward.

And, you know know the reality is there

there's a lot of good research and and data out there that shows that a psychologically safe

you know company culture where you manage through inspiration and values and you have high quality
