Tuesday is election day in Ohio, and it's a bit of a convoluted election day at that.

Ohioans are voting on whether to increase the threshold to pass constitutional amendments

from a simple majority to a 60% super majority.

The initiative would also expand the signature requirements for getting an amendment on the

ballot in the first place.

It's a technical question, but it's attracted tens of millions in spending.
