Welcome back to the Tuesday book I talk, Doug Lamarice and Nathan Beard, we just covered

something live as we record this Monday afternoon. First news conference that I've been

part of live, Nathan, you're first one live. You've been at practice and you've gone

to games. The only other thing that I've done since the pandemic is everybody listening

to this knows I didn't cover any games last year live. I went to spring football practice

one day this spring, but this was like the first thing like this. Is this your first

news conference is the pandemic too? Oh, yeah, this is my first thing like this since the

first week of March last year, the third spring practice of 2020. We talked to linebackers

and we talked to tight ends. I think you were there too that day. And then they left for

spring break and just never came back. And that was it. So this is about name, image and

likeness and what is happening in the state of Ohio and what is happening with Ohio state.

That's what we're going to talk about. It is. I'm so good at selling this podcast, Nathan,

on a scale of one to 10, one being the 10 being whoo. This is like a somewhere between

like a four and a six. I think what do you think? What is this? Yeah, I was going to give

it the benefit of down say like five and a half. Only because. Here's where it could

be important. As we've talked about, as I've written about several states have laws that

go into effect to life first Ohio state was one of 11 states that was doing nothing, not

Ohio state, but Ohio these state was one of 11 states doing nothing had nothing going

through to the legislature. A lot of other states at least had something started. Like I

said, some had things past that we're going to go into effect to life first. Some had
