Hello, everyone. Welcome back to another episode of O and Also, which is our mini-series that we do here on Real Talk with Rachel Autry, where I help you delight in life and find joy right where you are.

And honestly, what better way of doing this right where you are than just low key in the voice memos?

I am in the car right now on my way back to Birmingham, which is where we live, um, from Nashville,

which is where my podcast studio is. Um, it's a lot, but it's also really fun. Anytime I do an

in person interview, it's typically in Nashville, Atlanta, or Dallas. And we are moving towards

only doing in person interviews in 26. And I'm very excited about that.

All that to say, I'm on my drive.

And I have to share a story with you guys.

But I'm going to give you, I'm going to back in a little bit of context.

So this morning, I recorded with Addison Bavir.

He is incredible.

He is my friend Lisa Bavir, one of of her sons and then addison and i became friends and he has a lot of incredible resources specifically on prayer he has a recent book called words

with god and then he has a journal called words with god journal and it's just really cool like

cannot recommend it enough.

Well, I had him on this morning.

His episode will come out in like a month or two about prayer, obviously, because he's an expert at this point, in my opinion.

And the things that he talked about are wild.

He, it's like brain science mixed with tons of practicals in our day mixed with
