Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of OG Therapy.

And today's episode is going to be a little bit different than most episodes, only because I'm going to be talking about something that I always swear I never talk about or I never want to talk about.

I always avoid this topic.

But today I'm going to get into this topic.

And again, my producer Brandon is going to be helping me out because this is something that I definitely don't want to talk about alone because this

involves other people. What I'm referring to is there's an election going on seven days from

the day I'm actually recording this. When this comes out, it'll probably be about five days left.

I've had a number of people in my own personal life, some DMs, some clients, and just people in my life hitting me up and asking me, hey, how do I handle dinner conversations, family get-togethers, gatherings, parties, where people insist on talking about politics when either they don't want to talk about politics or they just don't

want to talk about politics with someone who has opposing views or someone who's being

combative, that type of thing. So today's episode, Brandon and I are going to get into this a little

bit because I've had many different situations and scenarios over the holidays with families having difficult

conversations.

Now, even if there's not an election, politics is something in recent years that can be a
