Hey, everybody, welcome to another episode of OG Therapy.

And today I got, it's not a question from a specific mom.

It was a conversation I had with a mom.

And it was at the end of our counseling session.

And then she asked me, she said, is everybody like me?

I said, yeah, but not everybody responds the same way that you do.

And what we're referring to is she was concerned about the summertime.

She's concerned about all the hard work unraveling, or in other words, her kids desire or

willingness to do hard work might unravel.

So this mom is a super Uber planner.

She has everything planned out for the whole entire summer.

And in our conversation, i just told her yeah

don't do that for this summer and she said what do you mean i i have to plan i that's how i keep

everything's in order she put my my own stuff back on me she said you're the one that always says

structure equal safety i said you're absolutely right structure does equal safety but for this

particular mom too much structure equals fights and arguments and then for other parents in the other

end of the spectrum not enough structure leads to fights and arguments so today's episode is going to be
