On this episode, the Ones Ready team will discuss some of the differences between officers and enlisted within Special Warfare. We’ll discuss how we see the roles of an officer and an enlisted member differ when thinking about who is “in charge” and who is “in command” because there is a difference. Some of the good characteristics of officers will be covered as well as some of the less desirable traits. More importantly though, we discuss how an officer and enlisted member should conduct business with each other and how they can be successful while in A&S, the pipeline, on team, or even as a command leadership team. Please enjoy this episode and give us your feedback. If we didn’t answer your questions, please let us know!
