There's a lot more where that came from. On this very special Thursday afternoon edition of TBTL,

episode of this program. With apologies to this American life, we, in fact, picked a theme.

That theme being cringe. And we asked you, our tens of listeners, to send in your best little

audio snippets of cringey things that have happened to you or the people that you know and love.

And we've got a bunch of them dialed up for you today on the program. Thank you to everyone

who submitted. There were dozens of you. Some of the stories were profane. Some of them had audio

that was grossly out of whack, and therefore made them unerable. Some of them were cringe-worthy,

but not for the reasons that the people who submitted them intended them to be. But through all of it,
