Coming up on Sword in Scale Daily, a Michigan man is sentenced to 39 months in prison for

the second-degree murder of father of four Kenneth White.

White was killed when a six-pound rock crashed through his windshield, hitting him in the

head.

In Minnesota, D'Shawn Benel is sentenced to 30 years to life for the execution-style murder

of a man who made a pass at his girlfriend.

Benel and his girlfriend led the blindfolded victim into the woods, where the victim was

then shot in the face.

In Washington State, 18-year-old Fay Hadley has been found guilty of conspiracy to murder

her ex-boyfriend.

Hadley in two classmates planned to lure her ex-boyfriend into an ambush, stabbed him to

death, and hid his body in an apple orchard.

Finally, an update on the investigation into the deaths of 39 migrants discovered last

week in a refrigerated container in Essex, England.

20 years in prison for the 2017 murder of 32-year-old Kenneth White.
