Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, authorities in Puerto Rico have charged a grandfather

with negligent homicide in the death of his granddaughter who fell out of an open cruise

liner window while the ship was docked in San Juan.

In Texas, two bodies were discovered in Padre Bali State Park and are believed to belong

to missing New Hampshire couple James and Michelle Butler.

A former Boston College student is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with

the suicide of her boyfriend.

A Massachusetts DA says the woman's stalkter partner isolated him and sent him thousands

of text messages encouraging him to kill himself.

Finally, in Northern California, a young woman's body was discovered behind her roller

ring on Sunday, October 27th.

Police announced late last night that they have a suspect in custody.

The Miami Herald reports that authorities in San Juan have charged 50-year-old Salvador

Anelo with negligent homicide in the death of his two-year-old granddaughter, Chloe Wigand.

The incident happened on July 7th during a family cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean,

Freedom of the Seas. It was the first day of the cruise and the ship was docked in the port

of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Salvador Anelo took Chloe to the kids' water zone, a children's play
