Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, a Utah man is charged with committing multiple offenses,

including stalking, theft, and forgery, and an attempt to steal an elderly neighbor's

house.

A California chef will appear in court this Friday after being charged with spiking

a customer's drink before sexually assaulting her.

Finally, in Birmingham, Alabama, police released new surveillance video in the search

for missing child, Camille Cupcake McKinney.

Three-year-old Camille was taken from her apartment complex on Saturday, October 12th,

and what police believe was a stranger abduction.

KUTV reports that on Friday, October 18th, 25-year-old Andrew Blackwell of Salt Lake City, Utah,

was charged with burglary, forgery, stalking, theft, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.

Police say that Blackwell engaged in a months-long campaign of crime aimed at taking ownership

of the house next door to his by any means necessary.

Blackwell lives in the ballpark neighborhood of Salt Lake City, which according to

real estate website Niche, has an urban feel and is mostly inhabited by renters.

Court records indicate that in August this year, Blackwell wrote the owner of the house

next door, offering to buy the then vacant property for $90,000.

The house itself is valued at $250,000 on real estate website zillow.com, and the median
