October 23rd and this is your Daily True Crime Report. A new Hampshire man, already in

prison facing charges for opening fire at a wedding, is now facing additional charges

for assaulting his attorney when he came to visit him in jail.

In Wisconsin, a young woman is on trial for the savage murder of her ex-boyfriend, who

was stabbed 16 times and had his penis mutilated post-mortem. Finally, in Denver, the mother

of a seven-year-old girl who died of terminal illness in 2017 is facing murder and fraud charges

CNN reports that 37-year-old Dale Holloway has been charged with first-degree assault

following a Monday attack on his lawyer, Michael David Al. Possibly his former lawyer.

Holloway was already in custody facing charges stemming from an October 12 shooting at the

New England Pentecostal Ministries Church in Palom, New Hampshire. On the morning of October

12th, Holloway walked into a church during a wedding and opened fire with a handgun. He

shot the bishop 75-year-old Stanley Coate in the chest and the bride, 60-year-old Claire

McMullen in the arm. He had timed a pistol with the groom, 60-year-old Mark Castiglion,

before being tackled and restrained by the guests. The shooting is thought to have been in

revenge for the murder of 60-year-old Luis Garcia, a pastor at the very same church, New England

Pentecostal Ministries.

Her Boston 25 News, Luis Garcia died on October 1st from a single gunshot wound to the back

of the head. The following day, police arrested 24-year-old Brandon Castiglion and charged

him with the second-degree murder of Garcia. If that last name sounded familiar, that's

because Brandon Castiglion is the son of Mark Castiglion, the pistol-wipped groom. Pastor
