To the Indo-Pacific, Oceania, the vast piece of water that you see when the world spins.

In it are sovereign states, dependent states, colonies, and Cleo Pascal, the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy.

You will recall when last we spoke with Leo, she was on a small island called Woolliye, and the work

there was near done. There was reason to believe that the People's Republic of China's

soft power aggression throughout

Oceania was having some success. This is the Federated States of Micronesia, one of the critical

sovereign powers between Hawaii and reinforcing troubled allies in the event of conflict

in East Asia. Cleozoon Wolliye, there were reason to believe that the Chinese were putting their money

where it mattered, and the enhancement of the airfield was one of those places.

At the same time, the jungle is said to be filled with detritus from the Second War.

These are all the same GPSs that

the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps and the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy dealt with in the

1940s. But here it is again. Cleo at that time was aiming for a return trip to Yap, the headquarters of one of the four states

of the federated states of Micronesia. However, the question of whether the extremely ancient

Chinese given ship showed up was left in abeyance. It was a four-day trip in any event. Cleo is now back

on Yap successfully having, I guess the word has survived, her four-day transfer. And it's wonderful to

see Cleo. She looks healthy and not unusually overtired, given the hour difference between the East Coast of the United States and Yap.

However, Cleo, welcome, welcome.

The ship showed up and you're back in Yap, and that means, I think, abundant hot water.

Let's frame the issue.
