happy with this. Since I joined the Assembly five years ago, the budget has increased

dramatically, almost 40% more than when I started here in 2021.

And this budget does nothing more than increase taxes and increase fees.

And does not do much of anything in incentivizing families to stay here and businesses

safer, more affordable places to live. And as I sit here in this chamber, and I hear some of my colleagues say that this budget
