This is CBS, I am the world. I'm John Bachelot. I welcome Harry Seagal, a senior editor at

the City and a New York Daily News columnist to comment on the day after the day after Donald

Trump's indictment in New York, this headline in the Daily News. New York City judge

presiding over Trump's criminal case related to Stormy Daniel's hush money payment, receiving

death threats. Harry, a very good evening to you. This is routine show business in New

York and a New York City Supreme Court judge, my measure. This judge, all judges are worthy,

sturdy, tough guys and death threats doesn't shake them. You know some judges, Harry. This

is, this is the big town and death threats is not a bad thing. It means you're doing your

job correctly. What do you say about the judge right now in the ways handled this, Harry?

Not even two. Yeah, good evening, John. So the judge is State Supreme Court judge, which

is actually the lowest common court in New York, really enough, one, Michelle. And he's been

getting lots of hate mouths since the indictment came out. Most of it from out of the estate, the

office of court administration says there's hide in security. And that's all normal enough.

Some of these judges are very sturdy and tough. You know, a lot of them were not. It's interesting

that this is happening in a New York trial court where the judges are fundamentally appointed

by the political parties. It's a bit of a complicated story, but they're elected, the

party nomination in any county, Democrats in Manhattan is sort of akin to the nomination.

And this judge, Michelle, who's done other cases, seems to be a steady person and a straight

shooter. It's obviously going to be very complicated, let alone with these things to him and

everything else. The Trump keeps saying deeply inflammatory things as is his want. You know,

there's no restraining order or anything like that at this point. But that could change

very quickly. So it's a bit of a surreal situation. The funny thing is, well, this has been
