Iran and Israel have halted their attacks on each other in the worst escalation since the April

truce, after the U.S. president intervened. An Israeli source and a U.S. official familiar with the

matter say that as Israel was preparing for a significant attack on Tehran,

President Donald Trump told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to hold off on any more retaliatory

strikes. This was during the two leaders' second phone call in less than 24 hours since Iran

launched its first strikes on Sunday. Netanyahu said attacks in Lebanon against Iran-backed militant

group Hezbollah will continue,

and Iran warned that if that were to happen, they would continue their strikes against Israel.

New York City is buzzing as the Knicks take on the San Antonio Spurs tonight in game three of the NBA finals.

The Knicks are two wins away from their first championship since 1973.
