But before we dive into today's topic, I want to tell you about a family success story.

Well, earlier this year, Jamie and Steve came in for their initial consult with me. Jamie had asthma, and Steve had some tummy trouble,

and both wanted to perform better in their next Iron Man triathlon, where they will swim

2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and then run a marathon, which is 26.2 miles. Now, within just a few

weeks of their consult, Jamie was off her asthma medications, Steve no longer felt bloated,

and they both had more energy for their extensive training. Pretty amazing, isn't it?
