The people were grumbling

evilly before the Lord.

Get used to this.

This is going to happen a lot.

And the Lord heard them and was provoked to anger.

Now, notice it says grumbling evilly.

I'm not hanging a lot on that translation,

but just the fact that

there is an adjective there. So groaning or grumble it, right, you can, you can groan, like read

in the Psalms, you know, my soul groan, right? We can experience hardship and suffering and grow before

the Lord and say, you know, Lord help me, you know, I'm suffering, right? That in it of itself is not

bad per se, but they're doing that and there is a way to do that, which is bad and evil, and we're

about to get more information about that. So the fire of the Lord burned among them and utterly

destroyed part of the camp. So it's, when it talks about the fire of the Lord burned among them and utterly destroyed part of the camp.

So when it talks about the fire of the Lord, remember where was the last place we saw the fire of the Lord?

Remember in Leviticus, Nadab and Abahoo?

Right?

The fire of the Lord came out of the tabernacle.

So the fire of the Lord is talking about that cloud.

So that cloud that's in the center comes out of where it is, right?
