I welcome the executive director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center,

Henry Sikolsky, to comment on one.

The representative from the president, Mr. Whitkoff,

to the Iranian talks inomade, brought back the

conversation between Iran and the U.S. It would look very much like the original JCPOA.

The information is that the White House rejected the position and veered towards the hardline position associated with

Secretary of State Rubio, among others, which is that Iran must give up everything and invite

inspectors to make certain that it happens. That's called the Libya option. Here's where we are

anticipating another meeting next week in Rome between the

principles. What is to be done? Henry, a very good evening to you. You've written of these

matters and you have a concern about what might come out of a meeting, the second meeting

or the third meeting, a compromise. What would it look like, Henry?
