As we're all experiencing record heat right now before spring has even sprung. It's almost here, but it hasn't officially

started yet. 80s in Kansas City, over 100 at spring training for the Royals for the next few days.

They moved all the games in spring training to either 10 a.m. or 7 p.m. to stay out of the afternoon

heat because the fans won't show. And that's a no-go as everybody's here on spring break in the

Phoenix area. But we've been talking a lot out here about the sun and the heat and how incredible

it is that it can be 105 during the day. And then overnight lows of 68 and you can sleep

with the windows open as soon as the sun goes away. The sun is just literally everything, but you

notice it more in Arizona than you notice it in most places.

Because when you're outside in the afternoon and the sun is out, it is unbearable. It's like, wow. So there's a couple hours a day you stay away from it when he gets hot like this. We all get that. So I was having a discussion with my buddy Cato, who was, by the way, very popular on yesterday's podcast.
