Authorities in Jacksonville, Florida, are investigating what they're calling a racially motivated

mass shooting at a dollar general store today that left two men and a woman dead,

sure of TK waters.

An individual we have not yet officially identified in our Dollar Tree in the Newtown

area of Jacksonville, outfitted with a tactical vest, armed with a AR style rifle and a handgun.

Then the shooter killed three people before turning the gun on himself, taking his own life.

All those three people were black, water says it was a hate-filled crime.

The shooter had authored several manifestoes, one to his parents, one to the media, and

one to federal and agents.

Portions of these manifestoes detailed the shooter's disgusting ideology of hate.

Finally put, the shooting was racially motivated and he hated black people.

The shooter was described by authorities as a white male.

Russia says it thwarted another Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow.

The Russian claim comes as the capital has increasingly become a target for drones.

Empire's Charles Mainz reports, Moscow mayor Sergei Sabanin said the drone was destroyed

by Russian air defenses in the western outskirts of the city, some 30 miles from the

Kremlin early Saturday.

No injuries or damage were reported, even as Sabanin said emergency crews were on the

scene.

City authorities also halted air traffic.
