Authorities in Jacksonville, Florida have released the identities of both the gunmen and

victims in yesterday's hate-motivated shooting at a dollar general store that left three

black people dead and ended with the shooter killing himself.

The Jacksonville Sheriff is identifying Angela Michelle Carr, AJ Laguerre Jr., and Gerald

Gallian as those killed by the gunman, 21-year-old Ryan Christopher Pellmeter.

Authorities have said that Pellmeter was motivated by racist hatred toward black people and wrote

what they are describing as a manifesto.

The manifesto is quite frankly the diary of a madman.

He was just completely irrational, but with the rational thoughts, he knew what he was

doing.

He had 100 percent.

He was 100 percent elucid.

Water says Pellmeter acquired the guns used in the shooting legally from retailers in

Jacksonville and Orange Park.
