Aid is slowly moving into northern Syria, an area held by rebels opposed to the Syrian

government.

After days of getting pleased, the Syrian government finally agreed to open border

crossings between the rebel-held area and Turkey.

Some aid con boys are getting through.

The Biden administration is working on new guidance for how to handle unidentified aerial

objects after three were shot down by U.S. fighter jets in recent days.

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby says the NSC is conducting an inter-agency

review and should have what he called a set of parameters by the end of the week.

The U.S. shot down three flying objects over the weekend.

They were discovered over Alaska, Canada, and Lake Huron near Michigan.

The U.S. still has no firm idea about their origin.

Kirby says the debris is proving difficult to recover.

But he says the intelligence community is considering the possibility that they could

be tied to some commercial or benign purpose.

The U.S. has been on alert ever since that suspected Chinese spy balloon was detected.

It was shot down more than a week ago off the coast of South Carolina.
