With Gene and Chris on the Paracast, we have some interesting things to discuss before we bring out our special guest of the week.

And that is a long thread that has been posted in the forums at Forum.theparacast.com

entitled Dark Matter is Dead, Long dmr now this is interesting here because we

talked about this earlier you know they say sometimes you can't come back again and what that

means is say for example someone who's in show business and does a radio show or a TV show. And they quit the business

and they come back a few years later. And depending on the situation, sometimes that works. I think

it worked with the late Raymond Burr when he brought back Perry Mason. Do you remember that?

You know, he worked until he could faintly. It's almost before my time. he worked until he could barely walk.

Basically, he had to hold up a cane to keep him aloft, but he kept doing that show until

shortly before he died.

And then we have a guy who was one of the pioneers in paranormal radio by the name of Art

Bell.

And some years back, he quit

coast to coast, retired for, I think, the third or fourth time, I think. And George Norea replaced him.

So very recently, Art says he's going to come back on radio, and he's going to have something

called Art Bell's Dark Matter on SiriusXM

satellite radio. Now, as most of our listeners know, there is a show called Dark Matters hosted

by our good friend, Don Eckers. So obviously, Art Bell didn't talk to Don Eckers and said, hey, can I use this

name? Can I send you a check? He just did it. And of course, you know, in show business,
