Absolutely. Before we jump into, you know, some questions I have around messaging and user communication,

tell me in my audience a little bit more about you. So I've been a technologist working in the

Valley for about 10 years now. I love startups. I've worked at a few of them.

I've started a couple of them at this point. I'm just a big believer of like applying technology

to like real world problems and seeing what happens. So you've obviously done this a few times.

You know, from from your experience in the world of Latus,

what impact does user communication have, you know, within specifically the HR SaaS space?

What's interesting about Ladis is we have a lot of recurring events, let's say.

So, for example, you often do like a weekly one-on-one with your manager.

And we also have a product called updates where you give like a weekly update, either to your

manager or to the wider team at whole. We use career very extensively to make sure that
