Summary

When figuring out your life’s purpose, two concepts come to mind: patience and observation. By having patience, you’re allowing things to develop in their own time and learning to enjoy the journey. By observing life, you’re opening yourself to the present moment and noticing the signs that will guide you to your purpose. And what helps with patience and observation? Meditation. 1:50.5

amount of confidence. So along with patience, I think it's super helpful to develop the

1:57.9

2:06.9

of life. Allowing yourself to be super observant of each aspect of your life as it's unfolding.

2:15.4

So essentially just paying attention. There's a book that highlights this aspect of noticing

2:21.6

the signs in life. It's called The Alchemist by Paolo Corrello and it's probably my favorite

2:27.6

book of all time. I first read it in 2004 when I finished grad school and I was trying to
