This is part two of our look at the song Hey Jude.

And in our first part, it was The Road Kind of to Hey Jude.

The creation myth about the song is that it is written by Paul McCartney to Julian Lennon

in the midst of John and Cynthia Lennon separating and starting their divorce.

And in the first part, we advise you to go back and listen to it, but we'd gotten to the point

where John has hitched his wagon to Yoko, Team Yoko.

And the question that we were looking at towards the end is,

well, at what date and at which point in the time that that happens, does it become official common

public knowledge? And the story so far is there's about a month between coming back from Rishikesh and

John making two virgins and getting together with Yoko. And then there's about a month between coming back from Rishi Keshe and John making two virgins and getting together

with Yoko. And then there's about another month which this is where we left it, which is a little bit,

things are a little bit up in the air. That's kind of fair to say. Yes, I'd like to say,

first of all, I have no idea what the euphemism hitching one's wagon to the Yoko. oh no, whatever. Anyway, yes, that's where we left.

There's an awful lot of euphemisms being used in these episodes to, you know, in replace

of things like falling in love and other terms.

Other things we can't bring ourselves to say.
