Wednesday night, we're going to continue through the Bible.

We're verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book, right through the scriptures.

And we find ourselves in Mark, Chapter 6.

So, why don't you turn there with me, Mark Chapter 6 for our study this morning?

We cover every single verse on Wednesday night, but on Sundays we take an upcoming little section.

And I'd like to travel with you to a little town called Nazareth on this Sunday morning.

Jesus is now going to walk from Copernium up to Nazareth.

It's going to be an interesting journey to say the least. Father was convincing his son

that, you know, his birthday, 16-year-old birthday was coming in a few months, and he said,

son, if you do these three things, I'll take you down the day of your birthday. We'll get you

the driver's license down at the DMV. But you've got to do, between now and then, you've got to improve your birthday, we'll get you the driver's license down at the DMV.

But you got to do, between now and then, you've got to improve your grades, number one.

You've got to read your Bible every day, and then you also need to get a haircut.

And so the three months or a few months went by, and the son, you know, sure enough, he raised his grades up.

In fact, did really well. the also he read his bible he read the book of leviticus and could even answer questions about

leviticus and then um the father said man son that's your 60th birthday you did those two but why didn't you

get a haircut he said well well daddy said you know i I've been studying the Bible and Jesus had long here.

And I just want to be more like Jesus.

And the father said, that's great, son, because Jesus walked everywhere too.

Yeah, Jesus walked.

This is about a 30-mile journey from Copernium,
