A little late today, but, you know, nevertheless, here we are.

So quick episode today.

I wanted to talk about a video or the audio, a speech that I released about five years ago.

One of my first videos called Not Enough. And I ended up having to take that video down, had almost a million views, and was able to re-release it today with different video footage supplementing it. So it's up on my YouTube channel and I figured, hey, and talk about it on the podcast too. It's a really important concept. important concept and uh it's it's it's a simple one you know I I don't want to to ruin this

speech for you I'll play it in a minute here but basically the idea is not enough right there's

always another level and I remember writing this and it stemmed from a quote from

warren buffett where he's talking about business and he says look complacency is the number one

reason businesses fail right they they forget a golden rule that you need to be growing if you're

not growing you're dying and not only that. And not only that, there's always

something obtainable. There's always another level within reach. And that's basically the

concept to be aware to take the complex and make it simple. If you have a goal, I know I

certainly do, right? And if I break that down into three parts, four parts at the most, I can look at those four categories. And similar to what I talked about early in the week, I can ask myself, what am I doing in each of those four categories to make myself a little better. It's not worrying about your

weaknesses or dwelling on what you're not good at. It's the opposite, right? It's the antithesis of that.

It's your four strengths. What are the things that are really going to lift you up, differentiate you,

and make all the difference, and how can we give those some love and attention? Because that

growth, as Warren Buffett says, you know, is the difference maker. Complacency is a killer.
