Summary

In today's episode I mention a comment made in Tim Ferriss' "Four Hour Workweek" about all human beings being insecure at some level.

Why does this matter? Well, people tend to have an authority bias towards those who have accomplished things of significance, placing them on pedestals and acting as though they have all the answers. As though they don't share the same questions and concerns as everyone else.

In reality, no one has all the answers or has everything figured out.  The differentiator is that some people push forward anyway.  Like Ryan Holiday states, confidence is earned.

So yes, we are all insecure.  We all have our doubts and problems.  But greatness is about moving forward anyway, knowing the losses will make you stronger and the little victories will ultimately stack up.
