North Korea launches an ICBM.

We've heard this before, but there is a distinct difference.

First, what kind of ICBM?

And secondly, how the Biden administration responded.

John Bolton writing in 1945, can answer both of these questions.

First, what kind of ICBM and what is the significance?

And then how did the White House respond?

Well, this is the first solid-fueled ICBM that we're aware of North Korea firing at.

That's what they say, and that's what we believe to be accurate.

And the importance of that is it's a significant development in how the rocket engine is powered.

A solid-fueled missile can be set up and launched in a relatively very short amount of time,

as opposed to a liquid fuel rocket, which has to be loaded.

It's very sensitive.

It's very dangerous, and it takes a lot more time.

So in terms of a threat of a first strike on the United States or other countries, this

gives the North Koreans, if it proves out.

And if a lot of other things come to pass, a much more effective first strike because
