hours and days for the presidency. However, we shift our gaze to the north, to the very bad actress

of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea,

and their ability online, hackers, is first rate.

Yes, China's good.

Yes, Russia's good.

Yes, Iran's good.

But in this specific story, it demonstrates the ability of North Korea to come up with ways to get at cash, or a cash-hungry regime.

I welcome Matthew Ha, who is a research fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy, working with the Center on Cyber Technological Innovation

because the North Koreans have penetrated the American jobs market

in a way that it never occurred to me

before I read the article that Matthew and his colleague

Annie Fixler published in The Washington Times.

This is remote workers who are not real using AI and

modern communication, including VPNs, in order to deceive major corporations into hiring

them and paying them.

I hope I've said all that correctly.

Is this unique to North Korea or do other bad actors use this?
