operating somewhere in the Eurasian continent, perhaps as close to Ukraine as the Kersalian, perhaps in

Ukraine itself, but they're all very difficult to nail down. Fortunately,

we have Bruce Bechtel of Angelo University, the author of many books about North Korea. Most

recently, North Korean proliferation in Africa and the Middle East, which is especially relevant

We're going to begin with something that's certain, however.

Bruce's comments about the October 31st U.S. time launch of a three-stage ballistic missile from a mobile launcher, the Quasong 19, went straight up and came straight down into the sea of Japan,

but I'm told as the capability of reaching continental United States with what I'm told looks to be a mirved warhead,

meaning many atomic weapons for different targets.
