So, every day we are in a negotiation with our future, I believe.

Like, think about it.

The decisions we make today, a lot of them we make so, we can be comfortable in the future.

We negotiate today with our money, you know, we save, we put it a little bit away for a

rainy day in the future.

We invest in our health so we feel good in the present moment.

Yes.

We're also making a negotiation so we can live longer in the future.

Every single day we are making negotiations within ourselves, with our community, with

our surroundings for a better tomorrow.

But there's also things we have to have that are completely non-negotiable.

Non-negotiable.

Maybe because what is non-negotiable doesn't serve our better version of ourselves tomorrow

or in the future.

You know, there may be people in our life and our friend's circle, family's circle, our

bosses, whoever it may be, they will, the way they speak to us.

Why are we accepting that?

That should be non-negotiable.

Why?

Because when we allow others to disrespect us, to speak down on us, to treat us, to speak

this in a certain way that doesn't feel good, our future self may be less confident, more

insecure.
