Bless everybody, don't know I am Hines and today in Hines say, did you know that

there's a divine truth within you? Like this truth was before you, this truth

will be after you, and this truth holds all the information that you already are

seeking, all the answers to your questions. This truth is it's you, it's your

essence. And today I wanted to tell you it's time to remember who we are. It's

time to remember who you are. It's time to come back home, it's time to come

back to that center. You know, some of us have been drifting and I think we've

been drifting a little bit too far. You know, and you may be thinking, I don't

even know who I am right now. And that is a great question. Sometimes we lose

grip of ourselves, don't we? Lose grip of our essence, lose grip of our

identity. But who are we truly? I could tell you one thing, we are always

evolving, aren't we? Our form is constantly in motion. Our mind is constantly

coming up with new ideas. Our energy are being is shifting. And the ideas we have

of ourselves are just that. They are ideas, they are shifting, they are changing.

We absorb them. And the negative ideas you have of yourself can do the same. They

can shift, they can change, they can transform. Because you are joy. You understand

you are strength, you are unconditional love, you are resilient, you are all

these things are ready. And today we are recognizing how beautiful we are in our

essence. You may be thinking like, is this what we're doing today? Yes, this is

what we're doing today. We are recognizing how beautiful we are in our true essence.

You know, sometimes knowing the answers simply isn't enough. The truth has to be

sewn in, has to be woven back in when we let go of it. It's like a thread. And this
