0:08.0	I have a cup of tea this morning with ginger,

0:15.1	I actually wasn't gonna do a podcast today
0:16.9	because I wasn't feeling well last night.

0:48.6	that tunes in on a daily basis
0:50.8	because I know some people tune in every single day
0:53.4	and I'm so grateful for that.
