Do you love this time of year in the respect that I feel like there are no rules?

A lot of us, I think, are taking time off around now or will be between Christmas and New Year.

And I just feel like the holiday season, it's like, you know, all bets are off.

There's those of socializing.

I think children are probably eating candy for breakfast.

I mean, I don't know.

I don't have any.

But I even notice in my own life right now, I'm already, I've said goodbye to my routine

between now and the end of the year.

Typically day to day, I would say that my life is quite consistent.

Day I say boring in a few ways, right?

I make a few meals that I love.

I go to Pilates.

I do my work.

I chill.

And right now I'm watching the holiday at 9 a.m. I am eating whatever the heck I want. I had white chocolate for breakfast the

other day. And today I would normally, I guess, you know, kind of follow a bit of a routine,

maybe go out for dinner. But I just think I'm going to veg and chill. And it's kind of

fun. It feels kind of exciting and rebellious to not observe any rules, so to speak. And I think that

specifically that week between Christmas and New Year, I know a lot of people say, oh, I don't know

what day it is, I don't know what time it is is because you kind of just get lost in that spaciousness. And then part of me thinks,
