No one cares work harder.

No one cares work harder.

That is what I saw on a t-shirt the other day and it made me laugh. Oh, I found it very soothing

because this is a reality. The work, what it is that we have to do, it doesn't care how you feel.

It's neutral. It's not like, well done or, oh no, this is failing or all these emotions and feedback. No, the work is neutral. The work doesn't care how you feel and that, my friends, is liberating.

Often if people say, you know, oh, this isn't working or, you know, I'm struggling. My response after working out

some options and understanding what the real struggle is, is let's get busy. Let's execute. Let's

follow through here. We are stuck when we don't move. There is no momentum. I mean, think about

it. The work doesn't care how you feel. Work harder. Do more.

Apply new angles. Test different things. Experiment. Don't take it all so seriously. Before you're quick to

complain, before you're quick to go, oh, I don't know I'm overwhelmed, or before you're so quick

to think that maybe you're not cut out for it? What have you tried? Have you really exhausted your

options? Have you come at things from a different angle? No one cares, right? No one cares. They just want

to see your results. They just want to receive the value from what it is that you're creating.

This is what I'll tell you too. The ego loves fireworks. It wants validation, recognition,

reassurance, accolades. And so when we're quietly working behind the scenes, and there aren't

fireworks, there isn't anyone congratulating you. There are no big wins to report yet.

We can lose steam. But if you think about it, if you're like, okay, I know what my ego wants,

but so long as I know the truth here, if I'm making progress, if I feel at peace, if what I'm doing

is aligned and in integrity with me, if I just keep showing up,
