This is Marianne Sullivan.

And this week, our guests are Shannon Blair and Melaina Watts, two activists who are really showing the way on how to fight against slaughterhouses.

And what they've accomplished is amazing.

This was part of our flock Friday.

So some members of our flock were there.

And it was just like so unbelievable.

Like their story is, it's insane.

Yeah, just what activists.

You know, they're not unaffiliated with organizations. but I would sort of think of them as grassroots activists and what they have managed to accomplish.

And it really has me thinking about slaughter, which is not like the most fun thing to think about.

But I think as a tactic, we need to be focusing more on slaughter.

And then we managed to also have a theater

experience about slaughter. It's been slaughter, slaughter, slaughter, slaughter this past week. Wow.

We're like exactly what people think of when they think of vegans right now. Yeah, but we saw

Sweeney Todd at Blackfriars. The demon barbara Fleet Street. And so it's so funny because I remember seeing Sweeney Todd one of the billions of times I've seen.

It was in San Jose.

And I knew, do you know, I knew.

Like I was waiting.
