How before we started all of this, you said, I'm doing well. So what does that mean?

Well, you look good. No, not me. Not I'm doing well. I said, how are you? And you said I'm doing well.

I was going to say I don't remember saying that, but I'll roll with it.

I'm just doing well. I got to visit some of our listeners. Yeah.

Into their houses. Yeah. That was fun. It wasn't for no reason. I'm not a creep.

We were doing something that I don't want to go into and there was a reason I was there and that was fun.

I've been eating well, so I feel good. I've been sleeping well. I've been medicated. Everything's just going well. Everything is real good.

Yeah. Me too. I did not start well on the weekend. I think both you and Jess were like, you need to stop. You just need to go away.

Because I was, I think you can agree. I was, I was in a weird state come Friday mentally. Yeah. You were on the brink of a HT number two.

Yeah, it was, it wasn't the big one. There's just so many. There were some, there are still so many loose ends and flying things in the air that I'm trying to keep bubbles above the water.

And you know, balloons in the air and balls, whatever balls do that I couldn't see myself into the weekend. So I appreciate you guys saying you just need to go disconnect at night. I did pretty well.

I said, HT, I meant H a heart attack. What did I get? H a well, you could have gone with like, I'm sure there's a medical term for the heart that, oh, like heart tacky cardio.

You could have used HT, right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. We're on the same page. Yeah. You were pulling your hair out. You were eating your fingers. You were shitting in the yard, which I thought was weird. That I took the ground to move in your waft. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. You were living in a bush on Thursday night. You were like, you thought people, you were paranoid. You were eating berries off the ground. You went on a tirade about how you thought that your dog was out to get you, which I thought was weird.

You were really, you were really in a bad spot. And I think you needed the weekend off just to go in and wipe the feces from your lower back and clean your hair and get the twigs and leaves out of your beard. Yeah. And I appreciate you outlining all that.

You don't have any, I just, just, I don't mean to be gross. You don't have any feces on you right now. Thank you. None. Thank you. I'm looking at you. Zero. There's so little feces on you. Almost none.

Thank you. I tried. Yeah. I'll tell you what, after I shed myself of the feces and sticks and everything, I did. I didn't do 100% good because I did come into the stew, stew studio.

And I argued with my wife about she said, you're not going in. I thought you said you weren't going in. I thought you said you weren't going to do work. And I was like, I'm actually doing something for myself. That's fun. I want to do this. It sounds fun to me. She's like, what is it?
