Ukraine's Volandermer Zelensky at the White House on Monday. At 4.46 today a.m. Eastern time,

Donald Trump posted on Truth Social, quote, a great and very successful

day in Alaska. The meeting with President Vladimir Putin of Russia went very well, as did a late

night phone call with President Zelensky of Ukraine and various European leaders, including the

highly respected Secretary General of NATO. It was determined by all that the best way to end the horrific war

between Russia and Ukraine is to go directly to a peace agreement which would end the war

and not a mere ceasefire agreement, which oftentimes do not hauled up. President Zelensky

will be coming to D.C., the Oval Office on Monday afternoon. If all works out, we will then schedule a meeting with President Putin.

Potentially, millions of people's lives will be saved.

President Zelensky, by the way, was not invited to

yesterday's summit between Trump and Vladimir Putin, which took place on U.S. soil and failed to

yield a ceasefire or a deal on the war in Ukraine. Trump's over-the-top warm welcome for Putin in

Alaska was vastly different from the Chilean confrontational reception that Zelensky received during

his first meeting with Trump in the Oval Office back in February. You'll all remember that.

It was actually quite remarkable if you look at the picture on your right yesterday, how chummy

and touchy Donald Trump was and ultimately how deferential he was to Vladimir Putin in the meeting

versus the lecture you can watch on the left

with Vladimir Zelensky. Although both Trump and Zelensky say their relationship has gotten

better since that meeting in the White House, they've held multiple phone calls. They've met in person
