Here we are, ladies and gentlemen, at the end of another tumultuous week in the wacky world

of coronophobia and consternation. The disease, we are told, has not gone away. The infection

rates, we are told, are on the rise and we need to lock down the northeast of England in order

to save Christmas, apparently. Meanwhile, keep your eyes on Newcastle's big market at 10pm

tonight when everyone is told to go home. Let's see how that goes. You know, that's the place I always go to take pictures of young women wearing boob tubes and very short skirts in the

middle of very, very minus freezing cold weather. And they don't look like people that will go

home quietly, to be honest. And if they get approached by COVID marshals at 10pm tonight,

and don't be at all surprised if Her Majesty's Constabulary get called in

because there's a bit of a row and a bit of a rumpus and a bit of a ruckus going on.
