I'm super excited and grateful to have today's guest on my podcast. He is what many

would consider a unicorn. He is humble, He practices empathy. He's kind. He's got a fire in his belly. He's doing amazing things in the world, creating a dialogue about men and the new definition of man. He's kind of like the perfect man and

I don't want to use the word perfect because I think it's dangerous, but if I could he is the perfect man and and you know he's quickly becoming a good friend and where we overlap is our dialogue about the new man and what that looks like. He is also someone who in my eyes takes ownership, you know, looks at his stuff and I love the stuff that he's doing.

Anyway, I think he's a great example of the new man.

and I had the privilege to read it before it came out and what an amazing story
