I am so excited for this conversation. You need no introduction, but for those who

born familiar with your background, you are a cancer thriver. I'm pretty sure you actually

made up that term, so it's now popularized, but you're the innovator behind it. Of course,

the wellness advocate author, a motivational speaker. You've been featured. I was joking that

on the operand pre-show, which I think is the pinnacle of anyone's career, right? But the list

of accolades includes the today's show, CBS, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Vogue, Forbes,

and then further down your website, I think you have this as the be-list because you have so

many people who have been impacted by you. I mean, you truly changed all our lives, including

my own as I shared with you, but shape, glamour, vanity, fair, scientific and American

prevention psychology today. It's so awesome to have you here, and I'll say more, but welcome.

As I shared, just to catch up our audience, we found your book after my uncle had a cancer diagnosis,

and it was also a stage for, there's nothing we can do for you here, and that is obviously

a topic that we'll get into a little bit, but coping with that, right? And finding a way when someone

says there is no way, obviously it's one of, you know, the incredible powers that you have,

and it was so amazing that you shared that with the world, and certainly helped my family out

conservatively. And I'd say, despite all those public accolades, the thing that I am most impressed

by is just the candor and sincerity and vulnerability with which you tell these stories.
