Hello everyone today we are joined with Nicki Auster from Now Wellness and Wellness, for those of you who don't know is my like sanctuary

and second home located in the West Village, right we would call it?

Yeah.

Yeah. Located in the West Village on West 12th Street. It has infrared saunas which is what I actively use it for. It's an overall just calming space. It's like underground you You feel like you've entered this wellness aura.

You also do nutrition coaching. Yeah, and there is Reiki correct? We have two Reiki

practitioners, five nutritionists.

It's an oasis.

Yes, we call it a giant hug because even though we are in a lower level basement

which I never thought I would want or appreciate the minute I saw it

you know you just know when you know and you can't hear a single thing in there.

You can't.

So you feel like you're away.

I am totally in agreement. I joke that I use it as my

second home, but I truly do because during my heavy metals detox it was really

important for me to do the infrared sonas and we'll touch on that and why in a little bit, but I was actively searching for somewhere in New York to do that and I felt a little intimidated by a lot of the places I was seeing or kind of like they were glorifying

the sexual aspect of sonas which is weird but that's kind of how I felt and I didn't know that this oasis was so close

to my apartment.

And I remember when I stepped in, and I was like,

yeah, okay, this is it.

And I came basically twice a week
