what the United States will do to defend its allies because we have seen Ukraine

Was that predictable?

Yes, it was. I mean, this was an easy place to get back into once the West lost its influence there and once China ran out of money.

So the People's Republic of China is really not investing in Africa because it doesn't have the

resources to do so.

There's still a lot of Chinese projects underway there being

financed by the local governments.

But when those governments need military help, they are certainly not turning to the PRC because they've all tried

cheap PRC weapons and found them wanting.
