Nick Hayes is a former Navy SEAL.

We met at the Miami Heat.

He was working with a team. He's worked with a lot of teams. Nick,

tell us about what you do when you go in and you work with a team like the Miami

Heat or the Atlanta Falcons. what does that look like?

Hey, John, first of all, thanks for having me on a positive university.

It's always good to connect.

Yeah, so in the past, with sports teams, it's always kind of taking a different look depending on where the team is at and their development.

But for the most part, it's centered around developing culture, which is something that, you know, it sounds like this magical thing there's culture in the air you

know and it really everybody means something different when they say it it's a little bit

wimzy kind of like you know the word love we can all It's a little bit wincey.

Kind of like, you know, the word love. We can all say the word love,

but we all mean something else.

The Greek have what, like seven words for love,

and they're all different.

One's passion, one's friendship, one's family, you know, I can love a cup of

coffee, I can love my wife, what's the difference? That's kind of how culture is. One thing that I've learned

is that you can't have culture without a standard that has backbone.
