Hey I'm John Gordon. I'm with Mo Isam and Mo the first time I saw you you were on

Ellen and you are on the show because you were trying out for the LSU football

team as a kicker. Tell us about that experience and what was that like?

Yes, the glory days looking back.

How long ago was that?

Gosh, I finished my football sort of journey was in 2012.

So six years now, six years ago and it does not feel like that life just flies by really fast I guess,

but that was six years ago but I did I played on the LSU women's

soccer team for my collegiate run and was an all American and and just had a really great career playing with the team

and with the US national team some and so I realized as I was going into my

senior year with the LSU soccer team that actually NCAA athletes are granted five years of eligibility, but only four in one sport.

So only four active seasons.

So it takes into account if you have to red shirt a year,

you know, something along those lines,

but I had made it through my career

without needing to, you know, take a year for injury or whatnot.

And so I had this fifth year I realized and I thought,

I don't want to go into the real world.

What else do you do? And had grown so close to so many of the players on the football team

because soccer and football all worked out in the same facility.

It's called Football Ops over in Baton Rouge and honestly had just
